    Context on my product background, how I typically work, and when I'm the right fit.

    I’ve worked across fintech, payments, AI-driven platforms, ad tech, cybersecurity, and real estate technology. Most of my work has been in data-heavy or regulated environments where product decisions directly affect revenue, risk, and customer trust.

    I rely on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, acquisition, engagement, monetization, retention, and system reliability.

    Metrics matter, but only when they connect back to real customer behavior and business outcomes

    I treat growth as a product problem, not a marketing one. That means designing activation paths, pricing or packaging decisions, and core workflows that naturally drive usage, conversion, and expansion without relying on short-term tactics.

    Customer feedback is essential, but it’s never the only input. I combine qualitative insights with usage data, funnel analysis, and commercial constraints to prioritize work that scales and moves the business forward.

    Strategy starts with clarity on who the product is for, what problem it solves, and how it creates value. Prioritization is about sequencing bets, managing trade-offs, and aligning delivery with measurable outcomes.

    I’m comfortable operating where decisions have technical, regulatory, or financial consequences. I make risks explicit early, validate assumptions with data, and optimize for long-term sustainability over short-term wins.

    I spend a lot of time creating shared context across functions. Product, engineering, design, and GTM work best when they’re aligned on outcomes, not just delivery timelines or feature scope.

    I’m best suited for product roles where I can own meaningful scope, from discovery through growth and monetization.

    I also take on selective advisory or consulting work when the problem requires deep product judgment.
